Agreement

By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. The seller is Omnivarix Solutions LLC, 75 Trinidad Bend, Coronado, CA 92118.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if an item is out of stock, a price or description was published in error, or we suspect fraud.

Pricing and charges

Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and sales tax, which are calculated and displayed on the order summary before you pay. The total shown on that summary is the amount charged. We do not add handling fees after checkout.

Payment

Payment is captured at the time of purchase through our payment provider. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you submit.

Coupons

Discount codes apply to product subtotals, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time before an order is placed.

Fitment and installation

Fitment information is provided in good faith based on vehicle patterns. You are responsible for installing products so they do not interfere with pedals, seat mechanisms or airbag deployment, and for following the instructions supplied with the product.

Warranty

Products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse, improper installation, or cutting and trimming. Your remedy under this warranty is repair, replacement or refund at our option.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Intellectual property

Site content, product photography and text are owned by Omnivarix Solutions LLC and may not be reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
